How can I unclog my cans of Faultless Heavy Starch spray cans?

Everyone of these mofo's have been clogging on me and they won't spray. It just oozes down the sides! I've tried taking the caps off and rinsing them off, but apparently "that" doesn't work. HELP!!! I like starched collars on my shirts.
