Why didn't they curb the cheats?

His position looks like its coming under threat. He thinks that by acknowledging now the mistakes that Labour made it could save him. However, he has failed to acknowledge that Labour's financial policies have caused the current problems in the UK and it now looks as though he's only acknowledging some blame because he has to; more insincerity from a Labour politician. In my view it is too little, too late and he could be gone by the conference season in the autumn.
