Will the biore and clean & clear product make it worst?

I have been using the biore pore unclogging scrub and love it. I recently ran out and bought a skin effects sensitive skin ( i have very sensitive skin) foam wash and now my skin is broken out. I have some healing acne not too much but I broke out on my chin. I just bought the biore ice fighting cleanser and wanted to know if it works as well as the scrub or if it will make my two blemishis worst Due to my sensitive skin. Although my skin is very sensitive it doesn't burn when i use the biore scrub so will it burn if i use the ice cleanser? I bought a clean and clear continuous control too will that work? What are the best clean & clear, and Biore products out there? Best answer?
