Which is better--to tax and spend or to borrow and spend?

Stop spending on unconstitutional programs, stop borrowing to fund unconstitutional programs, and you won't need to steal even more money from American taxpayers. And if you want to raise taxes, how about starting with the moochers on the bottom who not only don't pay taxes, but also get earned income tax credit (eitc) which actually pays them more than they put in. So they get a refund of everything they had withheld, and they get extra because they didn't earn enough. And the more womb to tomb welfare recipients they give birth too the bigger the paycheck.
