Underground downspout drainage issue, any advice?

Go to your local hardware store and buy a pressure bladder that fits 4-6" pipe. They screw on your garden hose, when you turn on the water it swells and causes high pressure on the clogged side. I have seen them push out 4' long by 4" of solid mud. Cost is under $20
