How do you unclog clogged ears?

My ears are clogged, but not my wax. It feels as if water is in my ears. I thought it was wax until I put hydrogen peroxide in my ear, and I put drops in that were used for water clogged ears but did nothing, actually it made it worse... Please help, I have school tomorrow!
