Plumbing help~clearing a ridiculously clogged toilet!?

it's probably a cheap crap chinese toilet, if toilet will flush w/bucket of water, then you have mineral deposits clogging internal parts of toilet.Useing a closet auger will unstop a toilet, if something is lodged in toilet then you may need a plumber. Someone living there should speak chinese, or just find a kid that is being taught english in school. ( saw on network news)
