Can i use garnier pure cream wash daily?

hello everybody.well i just bought the garnier skin naturals pure deep clean cream wash.Its for the face...its written on it gently unclogs pores..and i searchd on the net and found our that this face wash is exfoliating but it doesn't have any small beards inside or granules...its just plain cream.but it is exfoliating.so i would like to ask u all if i can use it one time a day or two times morning and night?also i have some acne...and my skin is dry in the morning and really oily in the afternoon.thanks...girls may be u would know more....thx...
