How do I unclog my ear?

I have been having really bad allergies lately and didn't have money for medicine so I had to suffer for about one whole week. Off and on my left ear would sound plugged and then unplug. It almost sounds as if though I am under water... Now it has that feeling but constant. I can still slightly hear out of it but not very well.. It has bee like this going on its third day. I have no money or insurance.. what do I do?
