Is it a busted ear drum?

I was at my friends house a couple eweks ago, playing his new drums. I only played them for about an hour, but after that I had this very loud high pitch ringing in my ears. I am pretty sure it went away after a week or so (Or I didn't notice it for some reason), but just a few days ago it became noticable. It became noticable after I was at my other friends house with his little siblings, and they were really loud. I was next to one of them that just kept screaming really loud, and I could hear my ear vibrating. I was wondering if I got tinnitus from the drums and the ringing got louder because of the screaming, or if I busted my ear drum from playing drums, it healed quite a bit, but then busted again because of the loud screaming. Is it even possible to get tinnitus from drumming for only 1 hour? Anything will help... my mom is going to take me to a doctor in a few days hopefully (She thinks it isn't serious) but if it is tinnitus, is there anything you can take to sooth the ringing? And if it is a busted ear drum, how long would it take to heal if you have gotten water into it?
