My shower will not unclog. I used an auger, got a big piece out, but water flow is even slower. What to do?

I used a 25' plumber snake, pulled out a huge piece of hair, but now it appears the water flow is completely stopped instead of just a slow drain from before. What should i do next without wasting time and money with a plumber?
