Should Jesus not have been charged with destruction of public property when he kicked over the tables of the?

It wasn't public property he attacked, it was bankers and money dealers, money lenders and other bankers. Jesus was questioning a banker's right to do as he pleases any where he likes. As we all know, you get crucified for trying to control bankers.
