What is the show where someone says women can't play the drum part of the song wipeout?

The discussion is that any guy can drum wipeout (which all the guys end up proving) but when the woman tries she messes it up and gets really frustrated. I think they may have been in a bar and I'm pretty sure it was not Cheers.
