Is the ME Generation good or bad in your opinion?

To me it started off okay, but got quickly out of hand! From women feeling they deserve to cheat on their spouse (because they should have the option to!) or the whole there are no more boundaries to what a person can do to others (like Madoff, bankers, etc) to the utter self centeredness that people pride themselves in. I must be getting old...I long for the days when men were men, women were ladies and both had some since of morals, standards, and values...ok, there's my rant.
